We are looking for experienced Spa Director for a five star opening in Macau.

This five star hotel is due to open in summer 2015 and on their behalf we are now looking for Director of Spa with previous pre-opening experience. Ideally, our client would like to consider Mandarin or Cantonese speaking candidates, however it is not a must.

Minimum 6 years of experience in spa operations and/or management to include new spa openings, preferably in the similar capacity with international hotel chains.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a position where branding and customer service are key elements of success.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence others in a cross-functional environment.

Should be knowledgeable in the areas of brand operations, communications, owner relations, and strategic planning.

Strong client-service, multitasking, communication, leadership skills -Must have strong financial acumen and advanced analytical abilities.  

Advanced MS office and relevant presentation software skills 

Understanding of what makes brands distinct and special

Proven track record and favorable reputation in the industry
