We are looking for Spa & Health Club Manager for a five star international hotel in Bahrain.

 
The successful candidate will manage and drive the team to achieve excellent customer service standards and increase sales. You will ensure the smooth running of the club and that health and safety standards are met. Also, as the Spa & Health Club Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team.  You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.  You will also be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of your team and for managing any Employee Relations issues with the support of the Human Resources Department.  You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. 

Due to the nationality and gender mix in the hotel, our client will only consider female candidates holding a copy of EU passport. 

The salary is USD 2110 net per month plus single status ex pat package.
