General Manager
We are searching for a General Manager with experience in the luxury hotel sector, proven in providing consistent and outstanding service to clients.
One of the leading hotel owners and operators is searching for an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to develop the potential of a respected, successful hotel by extending the opening from seasonal to year-round.
A perfect role for a naturally hands-on leader, with an on-site management style, good relationship-building skills and exceptional attention to detail for the operations and clients. Ideally, you are a dynamic and entrepreneurial Manager who invigorates and motivates with confidence and style.
The hotel is an award-winning business, established and perfectly aligned to further enhance its culinary potential to increase events, weddings and meetings business.
The position is perfect for a proven, polished, hands-on General Manager able to give direction as well as manage the day-to-day operations. Previous experience of island life is desirable. An ability to plan and manage logistical challenges of working in non-mainland locations will be essential.
