Director of Feasibility and Development
We are searching for a Director of Feasibility & Development, fluent in Arabic and English, to be based in the Middle East. Minimum of 6 years of experience managing business development, feasibility analysis, and project management within the hospitality industry for leading internationally recognised hotel brands.
The Director of Feasibility and Development is to expand the company’s hotel signings and liaise with senior property executives to achieve investors' expectations of service delivery standards and profitability.
Candidates will need extensive understanding of and working experience within a range of branded hotel levels. Expectations will be to provide market research and due diligence through frequent travel to deliver potential properties whilst reporting to the group CEO.
The Director of Feasibility & Development will source and negotiate with potential partners to add additional units in new and existing markets, particularly in Saudi Arabia, suited to the company’s core strategy.
• Fluent Arabic & English
• Identify growth, development and acquisition opportunities
• Provide market analysis
• Conduct site/project evaluation
• Conduct feasibility studies
• Manage regulatory compliance documentation
• Manage and complete contract negotiations and close deals
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or relevant field
