Director of Food and Beverage
We are searching for a Director of Food and Beverage based in a flagship hotel for a leading global hotel operator.
This is a rewarding and positive opportunity for a proven, resilient and very determined Food and Beverage Director to take charge of an exceptional property, operated by one of the world’s highly respected and successful companies.
It will be essential that you have a luxury background from quality hotels. If you have been involved with award-winning outlets, as well as outsourced high-end restaurant brands within hotels, the clients have indicated this would be very desirable.
For the scope and challenges this assignment brings, candidates should have held a similar position within a leading international 5-star hotel with multiple full-service restaurant and bar outlets. In addition to GCC experience, the clients would like to appoint someone who can bring food and beverage knowledge from luxury hotels outside the GCC region from key major cities, such as Europe, SEA, USA, or ASPAC.
An assignment, perfect for someone passionate about food and beverage and luxury to make their mark in a superb property and exceptional hotel company. A bachelor's degree from an internationally recognised educational establishment and a consistent career path within luxury hotels are essential.
