Director of Food and Beverage
This is a rewarding opportunity in an imposing property for an accomplished Food and Beverage specialist. We are looking for a proven operator to join a multi-outlet, very large, five-star property. Commercial acumen, operational and international management skills will be essential.
We are looking for someone with an exceptional background of handling multiple outlets inclusive of Room Service, Specialty Restaurants, Bar, All Day Dining with a particular emphasis on extensive, diverse Conference and Events.
Working closely with the culinary team, you will be expected to play a key role in the short and long-term planning and management of the Food & Beverage operations.
The property is a leading performer in the Emirate, it is highly respected and is one of the benchmarks for what can be achieved in this field. The Director of Food and Beverage will be expected to continue to deliver these exacting standards of service, commercial and operational performance.
You should be able to support your career with recognised industry qualifications and have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role ideally including Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
