Executive Chef
This a rewarding assignment for an Executive Chef with kitchen opening and refurbishment experience in a respected multi-outlet, 600+ bedroom five-star hotel with banqueting and outside catering for 1000+ covers. We would like to hear from accomplished candidates with five or more years working at this level within large, city centre, deluxe hotels.
This is a terrific opportunity for a proven Executive Chef to join a renowned, high-volume property. With many outlets providing a wide range of cuisines, in-room and fine dining, impressive conference and banqueting, and outside catering for over 1000 people. Your experience should be within large deluxe Hotels in the Middle East supported by a consistent International record. This includes a broad international background from regions such as Europe, Australia Asia, Arabic-speaking African countries and the Middle East to fulfil the position's needs.
The department has a large and diverse team of over 200, and the complex's venues enjoy loyal and successful patronage from local and international clientele. This is a busy operation requiring someone proven as a leader who can offer superb cooking skills, strong management, commercial acumen and passion.
Single or married status, live-in accommodation provided, a tax-free salary, but not suitable for those looking for a family ex-pat package.
