Director of Food and Beverage Dubai
We are searching for a proven, hands-on, highly organised Food and Beverage Director to join a long-established hotel in a vibrant and key location in Dubai. It is a great property used by the local community and a broad range of international clients staying in-house.
This is a hands-on role with lots of rewarding challenges, and many outlets including a trend-setting restaurant concept, an incredibly successful high-volume pub/bar and dining venue as well as 24-hour room service, a leisure pool fitness area and busy meeting space.
We would like to hear from accomplished specialists in this field with Middle East and European working experience. You will be the face of the department and the mentor to a willing and able team. Your organisational skills and commercial acumen will have to be excellent.
You will take on the responsibility of every aspect of the operation and be highly organised to” pre-empt” the needs of the clients and the departments. It will be essential that your management style is high profile with your colleagues and with the clients.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef making this a great chance to make your mark with a highly regarded hotel group.
