Director of Food and Beverage
We are searching for a Director of Food and Beverage based in Qatar with a leading global hotel operator.
This is a rewarding and positive opportunity for a proven, resilient and very determined Food and Beverage Director to take charge of an exceptional property, operated by one of the world’s highly respected and successful companies.
It will be essential that you have a luxury background with GCC and other key international experience in quality hotels, if you have been involved with outlets at “Michelin Star” level, the clients have indicated this would be very desirable.
For the scope and challenges this assignment brings, candidates will need to have held a similar position within a leading international 5-star hotel with multiple full-service restaurant and bar outlets.
Food and Beverage are key to the success of the property, and this position will call for someone with a true passion for service, leadership and style who can oversee a very large operation and team.
This is a rare assignment, perfect for someone with a passion for luxury to make their mark in a superb property and exceptional hotel company.
