Candidates will need to show an extensive understanding of and experience within the luxury and corporate real estate/hospitality sectors in a similar-level position.

The main expectation will be to lead and direct development projects. This will require a thorough understanding and experience of the business culture of Saudi Arabia to link and work with potential major investment partners.

Ideally suited to candidates from reputable hospitality/real estate-related companies who have a strong record in sourcing and negotiating with potential partners and building operating businesses in new and existing markets.

The company are looking for candidates with exceptional strategic vision, commercial acumen, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They have stressed great importance is given to conducting business with integrity and a commitment to upholding their exacting company values.
