Sous Chef 5 Star Hotel Restaurant & Bars
We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to take a lead role within a five-star hotel kitchen for the Restaurant and Bars on the property and support the Executive Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the main / outlet kitchen with an emphasis on quality, creativity and presentation.
This is a single status position, live in, all meals provided, medical, flights + tax free salary
