Executive Chef
We are searching for an Executive Chef to join a five-star hotel. A chance to lead a kitchen team of over 45 in a respected property with excellent facilities in a prime location.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven Executive Chef to join a prominent multi-outlet property.
With busy, high-quality banqueting, themed restaurants, in-room and all-day dining facilities, you will be required to manage the commercial and operational performance of the kitchen. This will need someone proven and experienced in managing varying international styles of Western Cuisine, including European, as well as those of the Middle East.
You will be expected to lead from the front and deliver impressive, creative food for which this company is renowned. You must have managed an international kitchen team within a luxury hotel 300-plus bedroom multi-outlet hotel.
A competitive salary reflecting the importance of this position is on offer to a proven candidate.
