Executive Sous Chef


We are searching for an Executive Sous Chef for a leading hotel company to join one of their key island properties in the Western Pacific region.

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple fast-paced kitchens and managing and mentoring their team.

We would like to hear from accomplished candidates with 5 or more years of managing multi-outlet brigades and the culinary needs of large international resort hotels.

Experience working in a remote location and, for this particular destination, candidates with a US Citizen/Work permit, or previous experience working in the US or Western Pacific region, would be ideal for the visa/work permit application process.
