The successful person will have a demonstrable background in a well-recognised luxury branded hotel in order to effectively manage the rooms, food & beverage and lifestyle marketing for a unique deluxe hotel.

Candidates will already have at least 3 years of experience within a luxury brand with proven results. It is essential that they will have had or be in a role within the hotel/hospitality industry encompassing experience in promoting both rooms and F&B.  They will be adept at working across marketing channels including social media and managing external agency relationships where relevant. They will have experience in budgeting, market analysis and can demonstrate effective marketing initiatives.  This would appeal to someone who is passionate about innovative story-telling and can work with hotel colleagues and Head Office to align brand guidelines in bringing fresh ideas and a new perspective to the role.

Whilst Middle East experience is preferable but not essential, ideally some international exposure would be advantageous.  However, the client will consider someone who is currently working in other regions and has the pre-requisite experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, whilst additional languages are always preferable.

This is a key Head of Department role, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and managing a team of 4 people: including a PR Communications Manager and an Assistant Marketing Manager.
