We are searching for an Executive Chef, experienced in leading fast-paced high volume quality hotel kitchens.

We would like to hear from accomplished candidates with a record of 10 or more years managing Multi Outlet Kitchen brigades and the culinary needs within international hotels.

This role will require candidates with experience working in Africa and key international destinations, which could include Asia, Europe, North America, and ANZ. Fluent French and English essential.
