Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing Communications, you will ideally have around 2 years working knowledge and ideally in the 5* hotel industry.  However, if you are working in the leisure, travel, hospitality, luxury goods or experiential FMCG then do get in touch. 

A full JD is available but a little brief on some of the key responsibilities are:

• Maintain and administer an online media plan in a structured and systematic manner.
• Manage and monitor the Hotels social media channels including developing posts, visuals, messaging, and calendar management.
• Plan and oversee all photography and videography sessions for the hotel to ensure the right assets are in place for media, digital, and collateral use.
• Leverage all aspects of paid digital marketing (search, display, video, social) and coordinate with the company brand to optimise the digital consumer decision journeys.
• Maintain communication and coordination with external agencies.
• Work with the company’s  HO digital marketing team to identify and execute paid social media campaigns to engage both global staying guests and local audiences for e.g the spa, Events, and F&B outlets.
• Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and achieve objectives.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
