This is an excellent opportunity to join a pre-opening team of a unique luxury resort in Spain.

This position would be ideal for a strong Reservations Manager with some experience in Revenue that is looking to join a high end hotel in a beautiful coastal location in Spain.

Managing a small team and reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the Reservations & Revenue Manager will be responsible for assisting in supervision of the day-to-day activities and duties of the Reservations Department. He/ she will maintain the transient room’s inventory and will be responsible for maximizing transient revenues. The position recommends pricing and positioning of the property. In addition, the position oversees the inventory management system to verify appropriateness of agreed upon selling strategies.

The successful candidate will have luxury hotel background with strong experience in heading the reservations department but with enough experience in revenue to be able to take Revenue and analytical decisions.

Good knowledge of written and spoken Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of German language would be a great plus.
