This a rewarding assignment for an Executive Chef with kitchen opening and refurbishment experience in a respected multi-outlet, 600+ bedroom five-star hotel with banqueting and outside catering for 1000+ covers. We would like to hear from accomplished candidates with five or more years working at this level within large, city centre, deluxe hotels.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to take a lead role within a five-star hotel kitchen for the Restaurant and Bars on the property and support the Executive Chef.
We are searching for an Executive Chef to join a five-star hotel. A chance to lead a kitchen team of over 45 in a respected property with excellent facilities in a prime location.
