Assistant Front Office Manager, Europe
We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager for a resort hotel in Northern Europe.
Under the general guidance and direction of the Front Office Manager you will lead, assist and inspire your dedicated team of Front Office professionals to deliver exceptional reception service.
The Assistant Front Office Manager role involves a wide range of duties including: the smooth running of all aspects of the reception department, supervision, training, coaching the reception team in all company procedures, standards & brand values, as well as helping to ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered to the guests.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in Reception within a hospitality environment at supervisory or shift leader level. Self-motivated and be able to motivate the team. Experience coaching and mentoring team members to develop the team skills. Excellent Customer Service experience and the confidence to resolve customer enquiries effectively.
