Our client is a luxury five star hotel and we have been asked to look for Human Resources Director to join the Executive Committee team.
The successful candidate should have a track record of tackling challenging HR issues, setting up structure, taking care of employee benefits, policies, procedures.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be hands on and will have strong HR background within hotels.
Candidates must have working experience in large five star hotels (minimum 300 bedrooms) and have minimum of 4 years of experience in the Director position.
