We are looking for an speaking Learning & Development Manager for a cluster of properties in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsbile for two hotels and reporting to the VP of HR this is a senior position and will require someone with strong experience in heading the training department in the luxury sector, international exposure and ideally previous Middle East background. Working and training in a multicultural environment, a high level of operational hospitality experience, patience and credibility as well as superb organizational skills and ability to forecast training needs – both individual and departmental. 

The role will be responsible for coaching and training to all levels of the hotel. It’s is a very hands on role, with a lot of focus on quality service.  

Basic salary AED 13,000- 15,000 net per month depending on experience, family benefits.
