Director of Communications, Middle East


We are looking for a Director of Communications for an ultra deluxe hotel in one of the key locations in the GCC (not UAE).

Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will oversee all matters relating to media relations, advertising, collateral production and other marketing communications for the hotel.

Key requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Sales and Marketing field.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in the luxury hotel industry; international experience essential
  • Must have worked in the ‘Director’ position for a minimum of 2 years with a proven track records of results.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate his/her team.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Possess high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility.

 

It is very important that the candidate really understands luxury, knows e-commerce, thinks out of the box, excellent in partnership relations and can autonomously execute the marketing plan.  

Basic salary- USD 4500- 5300 net per month/ ex pat benefits.

Location: Middle East (not UAE)
