Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for front office functions and staff. There is a large team to manage, therefore the successful candidate will have previous experience in heading multinational, big (minimum 80 people) team.
In order to be considered for this position you must have working experience in a large five star, international hotel (300 rooms or more). Minimum of 2 years of experience of heading Front Office department, as well as previous working experience in five star hotels in Europe.
The successful candidate will be presentable, charming, will have excellent communication skills, ability to train and motivate a team.
The basic salary will depend on experience- between AED 10,000 – 15,000 net plus ex pat benefits.
