We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director for a five star deluxe hotel in Kuwait. 

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for achieving the hotel’s operating goals by recruiting, selecting, and systematically training staff. Enhance morale of the staff and management by anticipating the employee needs in terms of accommodation, Training & Development, employee rewards and all other Human Resources related activities. 

The person we are looking for will have a minimum of 2 years of experience heading the HR department at the five star hotel. Experience in multi cultural work environment is essential as well as University Degree in HR related field or Diploma in Hotel Management School

The successful candidate will have previous Middle East/ GCC experience and will be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

The basic salary is KWD 1100 – 1200 net of tax per month plus ex pat package.
